Generate content across every item in a repeater-based widget in one pass, instead of opening each item by hand.
What is the Repeater Generator? #
Some Elementor widgets are built from a repeater control — a list where each item repeats the same set of sub-fields, like the slides in an Image Carousel. Repeater Generator looks at that list, lets you pick which items to include, and generates their text and image sub-fields from one shared instruction.
Repeater Generator is a BEW Pro feature. It currently supports the Image Carousel widget, with more repeater-based widgets planned over time.
Before You Start: Connect an AI Provider #
- Go to BEW → Settings → AI Builder.
- Open the AI Providers section and connect a provider with your API key.
- If the repeater includes an image sub-field, make sure an image-capable model is available too.

Where to Find It #
Select a widget built on a supported repeater control — currently Image Carousel. A single ✨ BEW AI button opens the item picker for that repeater.

How to Generate #
- Click the ✨ BEW AI button.
- The card lists every item in the repeater — each slide, for example — as its own row with a checkbox, plus a Select all option at the top. Uncheck any items you want left as they are.

- Choose a Provider and Model.
- Write one Instruction — it’s applied to every item you’ve checked, so keep it general enough to fit each one’s own content.
- Click Generate.
- Review each item’s result in the preview, then click Apply to write all of them at once, or Cancel to discard the whole batch.

Nothing changes on your page until you click Apply.
Reusing Instructions with Presets #
Save an instruction you reuse across carousels or pages as a preset:
- Type your instruction, then click Save as preset.
- Give it a short name and confirm.
Next time, open the Load a saved preset dropdown to apply it instantly. Manage your saved presets — rename or delete them — from the Manage presets link above the instruction field.

Browsing Previous Generations #
History is tracked per item and per field. Open a specific slide’s history icon to browse its past generations and restore an earlier one without regenerating the whole carousel.

Tips for Better Results #
- Write the instruction at the level of the whole set, not one specific item — “short, punchy captions for a travel carousel” works better than describing a single slide.
- If only one item needs a fix, uncheck the rest and regenerate just that one.
- Large carousels take longer to generate — consider running a smaller batch first to check the instruction is producing what you want before applying it to every item.
