How to Setup BEW Site Logo

1 min read

The Site Logo widget displays your site’s branding in any Elementor layout — by default it shows your site’s own logo, or you can swap in a different image just for that spot on the page.

Adding the Widget #

  1. Open the page in the Elementor editor.
  2. Search the widget panel for Site Logo, under the BEW Elements category.
  3. Drag it into any section or column.

Using Your Site’s Own Logo #

By default, the widget’s Custom Image switch is off, which means it displays whatever logo is set under your theme’s Site Identity settings (Appearance → Customize → Site Identity, or your theme’s equivalent). Leave it off if you just want your existing site logo to appear at this spot on the page.

Using a Different Image #

  1. Turn on Custom Image in the widget’s Content tab.
  2. An Add Image field appears — click it and choose or upload the image you want from the Media Library.
  3. Set the Image Size (Thumbnail, Medium, Large, Full, or a Custom size) to control which cropped version WordPress serves.

This only replaces the logo for this one widget instance — it doesn’t change your site’s actual Site Identity logo used elsewhere.

Alignment #

The Alignment control (Left, Center, Right) sets where the logo sits inside its column, and can be set independently for desktop, tablet, and mobile. It defaults to Center.

Linking the Logo #

The Link control decides what happens when a visitor clicks the logo:

  • Default — links to your site’s homepage.
  • None — the logo isn’t clickable.
  • Custom URL — reveals a Link field where you can point it anywhere, including opening in a new tab if you choose that option.

Styling #

The Style tab’s Logo section covers the image itself:

  • Width — a responsive slider to size the logo (in %, px, or other units).
  • Border and Border Radius — add a border or round the corners.
  • Box Shadow — add a drop shadow behind the logo.
  • Padding — space around the logo image inside its own box.

Frequently Asked Questions #

#

No. With Custom Image off, it only displays your existing Site Identity logo — it doesn’t modify that setting. With Custom Image on, the different image only applies to this specific widget instance.

#

Yes — turn on Custom Image on the widget for each page where you want a different logo. Pages where you leave it off will keep showing your site’s default logo.

#

The Custom Image field supports BEW AI’s Image Generator (BEW Pro), so you can generate an image directly from the Add Image field instead of uploading one.
